To commemorate Mandela Day, MNMSC collaborated with the Nelson Mandela Foundation to host the Coding for Mandela Tournament, bringing together learners from various schools for a day of coding, learning and friendly competition.

The initiative introduced learners to coding in an engaging and collaborative environment, giving them the opportunity to develop their digital skills while working alongside other young people who share an interest in technology.

Beyond the competition, the event created a space for learners to learn, connect and explore the possibilities of technology. By combining education with the spirit of Mandela Day, the initiative encouraged young people to use knowledge, creativity and technology as tools for positive change.
